Lactation support refers to the guidance and assistance provided to new mothers to help them establish and maintain breastfeeding. This support can include education on proper latch and positioning, advice on managing common breastfeeding challenges (such as sore nipples, low milk supply, or engorgement), and emotional encouragement.
